06 Mar Creamy Bliss Balls
1 cup of almond meal
½ cup of shredded coconut
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/3 cup of creamy butter cacoa nibs (bought from Harris Farm)
Place dates in a bowl and cover with water. Stand for 1 hour.
Process dates, almond meal, shredded coconut, coconut oil, cacao nib and chia seeds and mix.
Roll into small balls and cover with coconut
